A Baltimore Food Social Enterprise

Since September 2020, our nonprofit has been working on creating a social enterprise that would provide job training and job opportunities for community opportunity youth and to support our Be a Chef for a Day program while crafting something special.

Pasta is something we all fell in love with. Thousand of years of traditions to recreate a simple act of flour and water and to shape it into a work of culinary art.

We are part of the BIT Center family of programs (BIT stands for B-More Italian formerly known as Italian Cultural Center INC). Our intention was to create a food social enterprise that speaks to our heritage, our service to our community, and to our commitment to food nutrition, food access and food equity.

Guided by an international palate, we fuse unique pasta making techniques from around the world to create the most interesting shapes, flavors and textures.

B-More Pasta makes everything in small batches from the B-More Kitchen Food Incubator in the Northern part of the York Road Corridor.

To achieve optimal flavor, we use the best ingredients: imported semolina, Italia artesian spring water, local grains and superfoods.

B-More Pasta produces fresh, bronze die cut, vegan pasta in Baltimore. We sell our pasta via local shops, farmers markets, and from our website. Behind this simple act of flour and water there is craftsmanship, love and attention. We our proud of the pasta we bring t you homes so you can share it with your loved ones.

We want to give our customers artisanal, nutritious and delicious fresh pasta in many unusual shapes. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pasta in its true unenriched form can be the best ally for your health.
