Radiatori
Radiatori (radiators) are our newest shapes. Their creation has been traced back to between the world wars. They are modeled on old industrial heating fixtures (a straight pipe with concentric, parallel fins): in both cases these features are designed to maximize the surface area - in one case for heat exchange, in our case for absorbing flavors and trapping sauces.
Made with the finest Italian and Maryland flours, our pasta fresca is naturally vegan. Each pouch feeds generously 2 people. Cooking time: after 3 minutes (perfect for al dente!) check and adjust the cooking time to your taste.
PICK-UP IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Our fresh pasta must be kept refrigerated, this is why you can only buy it directly from us online, at farmers’ markets, or from partner stores. If you ordering online and are picking up your order/subscription from HEX SUPERETTE (5718 York Road, Baltimore MD 21212), you must pick up your order by 7 PM of Sunday of the week you are receiving the pickup notification via e-mail or text messages or the order will be considered a donation.
There are no refunds or transfers on items not retrieved on the pickup date. Be sure to leave your contact number so we may reach you if needed.
